Otmar Rudolf Fischer (July 6, 1934 – February 21, 2022) was a Protestant pastor and local politician from the SPD (Social Democratic Party of Germany). He became well known for his dialect sermons, which he delivered in his Palatine parish of Weisenheim am Berg from 1978 to 2016. His sermons were characterized by the motto 'In de Palz geht de Parre mit de Peif in die Kärsch,' reflecting his emphasis on local culture and language.
