Ōtani Ennei (November 14, 1914 - January 28, 2008) was a Buddhist monk of the Jōdo Shinshū sect, serving as key figure in the Ōtani-ha branch. He was the head priest of the Hakodate Betsuin and acted as the deputy head of the sect from 1993 to 1996. His posthumous title was Shingyō-in, and his dharma name was Senkyō. He was a cousin of Ōtani Kōchō, the 24th head of the sect.
