Óscar García Guzmán, known as The Monster of Toluca, is a Mexican serial killer born in 1990. He gained notoriety after police discovered the strangled bodies of three women in his home in Toluca in 2019. Following his arrest, he confessed to multiple murders, including those of his own father and two others dating back to 2006 and 2012. Initially sentenced to 12 years for rape, he received additional sentences totaling 217 years and six months for his crimes, reflecting the severity of his offenses.
