O'Neal Phillip Tutein (1943-2010) was an American football coach known for his tenure as head coach at Fordham University from 1981 to 1985, where he had a record of 20 wins and 32 losses. He attended George W. Wingate High School and Central State University, where he played as a tight end. His coaching career began in 1969 at Evander Childs High School, and he later served as an assistant coach at Columbia University. Tutein passed away in 2010 in Lutz, Florida.
