Øistein 'Tinka' Ringstad (born December 9, 1927 - died June 27, 1991) was a Norwegian jazz musician known for his work on the piano and vibraphone. He gained recognition in Oslo's jazz scene and is considered one of the country's finest swing jazz musicians. During the 1940s, he played in orchestras led by notable musicians and toured with American saxophonist Anthony Ortega in the 1950s. He also led his group at the Metropol Jazz Club in the 1960s and received the Buddyprisen award in 1964.
