Siti Norma binti Yaakob, born on July 6, 1940, is a retired Malaysian lawyer and judge, known for being the first woman to hold the position of Chief Judge of Malaya. After earning her law degree in London and being called to the bar in 1962, she advanced through Malaysia's judicial system. Norma was also the first Malaysian woman barrister of Malay heritage and the first woman in an executive role within the government's legal service. She served as president of the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association from 2006 to 2009.
