Cecilia Noel Padgham-Purich (born 25 December 1927) is a former Australian politician who served in the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly from 1977 to 1997. Initially a member of the Country Liberal Party, she was Minister for Housing and Conservation from 1983 to 1984. After losing preselection in 1987, she was re-elected as an Independent. Padgham-Purich retired in 1997 and supported another independent candidate. She has six children, one of whom, Kezia Purick, became a CLP member in 2008.
