Noboru Myōchin was a Japanese poet and literary critic born on March 20, 1930, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from Kansai University and obtained his master's degree in Japanese literature in 1959. Myōchin wrote lyrics for the popular song 'Anata no Mune ni Watashi no Mune ni,' which is a beloved song in Osaka. He also composed the school song for Osaka Prefectural Asahi High School while working there as a teacher. He was actively involved in the Kansai Poetry Association since its establishment in 1994.
