Niu Hsien-chung (July 1913 – February 7, 2004) was a military scholar from the Republic of China, born in Jiujiang, Jiangxi. He was known for his pen names, including Wanren and Qiang Anping, with 'Wanren' being inspired by and aiming to surpass the military thinker Jiang Baili.
