Nimal Lanza is a Sri Lankan politician associated with the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna and the Sri Lanka Freedom Party - United People's Freedom Alliance. He represents the Gampaha district and was elected to parliament in 2015. Lanza served as the deputy minister of Home Affairs from September 2015 until his resignation in December 2017. He completed his education at St. Maris College, Negombo. His brother, Dayann, is the Mayor of Negombo.
