Nils Åke Wester was a Swedish football player born on June 24, 1925, and passed away on May 11, 1996. He played for Gais in Allsvenskan from 1950/51 to 1952/53. Wester appeared in 21 matches, scoring 3 goals. He joined Gais from Älvängens IK and made his debut in the spring of 1951. After playing 11 matches in the 1951/52 season, his appearances dwindled, with just one match in the following season. He is buried at Starrkärrs Cemetery.
