Nicolaas Petrus Kremer was a Dutch politician born on October 22, 1916, in Apeldoorn. He served in the military before joining the police force and later worked as head clerk at the municipal secretariat in Enschede. In 1960, he became the mayor of Zuidland, later holding similar positions in Abbenbroek and Oudenhoorn from 1967. In 1974, he was appointed mayor of Bodegraven, a role he maintained until his retirement in November 1981. Kremer passed away in Deventer on January 10, 1983, at the age of 66.
