Reverend Ngeno-Zach Nakamhela, born on April 24, 1945, in Omundudu, Ohangwena Region, is a Namibian priest affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (ELCIN). He served as General Secretary of the Council of Churches in Namibia from 1992 to 1999, where he advocated against the Namibia Defence Force's involvement in the Second Congo War, campaigned against domestic violence, and promoted the rights of older individuals. In 2001, he took on the role of pastor for an inner-city congregation in Windhoek.
