Ng Leung-sing is a former member of Hong Kong's Provisional Legislative Council and the Legislative Council, serving from 1997 to 2004 and again from 2012 to 2016. He represented the Election Committee and the Finance functional constituency. Additionally, he was the Vice-chairman of the China & South Sea Bank Limited. Ng is known for his support of Leung Chun-ying during the 2012 Chief Executive election and is considered an ally of CY Leung within the Legislative Council.
