Neol Davies is an English musician and composer, recognized as the founder of the ska revival band the Selecter. Born in Coventry, he composed the instrumental 'The Selecter', the band's namesake, and contributed to their hit songs, including 'On My Radio' and 'Three Minute Hero'. After the band disbanded in 1981, he created his home studio and later reformed the Selecter in 1991. He has also worked on solo projects, releasing albums such as 'Box of Blues' and 'Future Swamp', showcasing his versatile musical style.
