Nejla Abu-Izzedin (May 22, 1907 - 2008) was a Lebanese anthropologist, teacher, historian, and diplomat. She lectured on Arab topics in North America during the 1940s and 1950s and authored numerous works on the history of the Arab world. She co-founded the Institute for Palestine Studies in Beirut in 1963, contributing significantly to the understanding of Arabic culture and history through her academic efforts.
