Necdet Tokatlıoğlu (1933-2008) was a prominent Turkish composer, soloist, musician, and orchestra conductor known for his contributions to Turkish Classical Music. He composed numerous works, with 68 of his pieces featured in the TRT repertoire. Some of his most recognized songs include "Bir Sevgi İstiyorum," "Gelme İstemem Artık," and "Al Aşkını Çal Başına." He began his musical career in 1948 and had a long association with TRT, influencing many through his performances and compositions. He passed away in Istanbul in 2008 at the age of 75.
