Nara Lokesh, born on January 23, 1983, is an Indian politician serving as the Minister of Information Technology and Communication & Industries in Andhra Pradesh. He is the son of N. Chandrababu Naidu, chief of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). Lokesh previously held ministerial roles during his tenure as a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC). After facing criticism for not contesting elections, he contested and won the Mangalagiri Assembly seat in the 2024 elections. The TDP, including Lokesh, faced significant setbacks in the 2019 elections but rebounded in 2024 with a landslide victory.
