Musa Avsever (born November 7, 1957) is a retired Turkish general who served as the acting Chief of Staff of the Turkish Army from June 5, 2023, until August 3, 2023. He succeeded Yaşar Güler, who was appointed as Turkey's Minister of Defense. Avsever was the 52nd Commander of the Turkish Ground Forces from August 5, 2021, to August 3, 2023, and previously held the position of the 57th Commander of the First Army of Turkey from 2016 to 2021.
