Moshe Burstein (February 16, 1931 – July 29, 2001) was a Paralympic athlete from Israel. He was a disabled IDF veteran who represented his country in the 1960 Rome Paralympic Games in wheelchair basketball, where his team won a bronze medal. Additionally, he earned a bronze medal in swimming at the European Championships for Disabled Sports in Austria in 1975. Burstein passed away in 2001 at the age of 70 and was recognized as a fallen soldier due to his service-related disability.
