Winifred 'Molly' Lincoln Blair (1918-2004) was a British tennis player who started playing at age 11. She became the national schoolgirls' champion in 1935 and was a runner-up at a junior Wimbledon tournament in 1936. Competing regularly at Wimbledon in the 1940s, she reached the women’s doubles semi-finals twice and achieved her best singles performance in 1949. Blair represented Great Britain in the Wightman Cup from 1946 to 1948, notably winning a surprise doubles match in 1948 with partner Jean Bostock.
