Mohamed Saber Arab is an Egyptian cultural minister, serving in the government of Hazem El-Beblawi from July 16, 2013. He previously held the same position in the governments of Kamal Ganzouri in December 2011 and Hesham Qandil in August 2012. In addition, he is a professor of Modern Arab History at Al-Azhar University and has served as the head of the General Authority for National Books and Documents. Arab was also a member of the National Council for Women.
