Mitsukazu Mihara is a Japanese illustrator born on October 17, 1970, in Hiroshima. She is known for her influence on the Gothic Lolita style, particularly through her cover illustrations for the first eight volumes of the Gothic & Lolita Bible. Her debut work, 'Keep Those Condoms Away From Our Kids', won a contest in the manga magazine Feel Young in 1994 and was later featured in her collection 'IC in a Sunflower'. She currently resides in Osaka, Japan.
