Mitsuharu Warashina (born December 27, 1931) is a Japanese politician. He has served as a member of the House of Councillors for two terms, held the position of Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary, and was the Chairman of the Democratic Party's House of Councillors group. His political career is noted for his contributions to the Japanese legislative process.
