Mitsugu Hara (March 30, 1936 - May 29, 2014) was an amateur baseball coach and player from Mitasukawacho, Saga Prefecture, Japan. He served as the honorary general director of the Tokai University baseball team. Hara's contributions to baseball were influential, and he had a notable family legacy in the sport, with his eldest son, Tetsutaro Hara, being a former professional player and manager, and his grandson, Tomoyuki Sugano, also a professional player.
