Miraš Dedeić, also known as Metropolitan Mihailo, is the second head of the canonically unrecognized Montenegrin Orthodox Church. Born on November 8, 1938, in Ramovo Ždrijelo, Montenegro, he assumed his role on Christmas Eve in 1997, succeeding Antonije Abramović. Dedeić graduated from the Theological Faculty of the University of Belgrade in 1969 and later received postgraduate education in Rome. He has served in various religious roles, including as a parish priest in Rome. Despite his religious position, the Serbian Orthodox Church does not recognize the Montenegrin Orthodox Church's legitimacy.
