Minoru Okuyama (born July 9, 1932) is a Japanese pastor, missionary, and theological educator. He holds a Doctorate in Missiology and has held significant positions such as President of the Japan National Evangelization Council and Chairman of the Living Water Project. Okuyama was the first chairman of the National Revival Alliance (NRA) and has been involved in interdenominational work and leadership. He is recognized as one of the proponents of the Third Wave of the Holy Spirit movement.
