Minoru Kobayashi (March 10, 1926 - January 27, 2009) was a Japanese jockey and horse trainer from Hyogo Prefecture (born in Tokyo). He debuted as a jockey in 1944 during World War II and won notable races including the Kikuka-sho in 1951 and Autumn Tenno-sho in 1952. After retiring as a jockey in 1964, he became a trainer and gained prominence in the 1970s, producing successful racehorses like the Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) winner, Fusaiichi Concorde. His career statistics include 5525 races and 899 wins, with 51 of them being graded wins.
