Miloš Kovačič was a Slovenian businessman and pharmacist, born on September 30, 1934, in Šentjernej. He is best known for his long and successful management of the pharmaceutical company Krka based in Novo mesto, where he worked for 40 years starting from 1964. He served as the chairman of the management board from 1984 to 1989 and continued as general director until 2004, when he passed leadership to his longtime deputy Jože Colarič. In 2004, he co-founded the political movement Forum 21.
