Milenko Esteban Skoknic Tapia, born on February 9, 1954, is a Chilean lawyer and diplomat. He served as Chile's ambassador to the United Nations from 2018 to 2022, appointed during Sebastián Piñera's second presidency. His diplomatic career includes roles such as Consul General of Chile in Bolivia from 2014 to 2016 and ambassador to Argentina from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, he was Chief of Cabinet for the Chilean Minister of Foreign Affairs from March 2010 to February 2014, and he notably directed the Executive Committee for the APEC Year in Chile in 2004.
