Milan Erič is a Slovenian academic painter, illustrator, and animated film author, born on October 31, 1956, in Slovenj Gradec. He studied painting under Professor Janez Bernik at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in 1979 and specializing until 1982. Erič taught design at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering from 1986 to 1994 and became a full professor at ALUO in 2001. Notable works include the animated film ‘Poskušaj migati dvakrat’ (1981) and the first Slovenian feature animated film, ‘Socializacija bika?’ (1998). He has received several awards for his work.
