Michael Singh, born Rupert Sookman, was a Trinidad and Tobago-born American serial killer active from 1975 to 1982. He murdered a girlfriend and two wives in New Mexico and Missouri. Ultimately found not guilty by reason of insanity for his final crime, he spent years detained in a mental health facility. His life ended in 2005 when he was fatally stabbed by another inmate.
