Michael George Glover, born on July 21, 1947, is a former American politician who served in the Kansas House of Representatives from 1972 to 1980. He gained attention for promoting a bill to reduce marijuana penalties, which passed in the House but failed in the Senate following his admission of personal use. After leaving the legislature, he worked as a lawyer and prosecutor in Lawrence, Kansas, later running unsuccessful campaigns for the California State Assembly in 2006 and 2008 against Chuck DeVore.
