Meck, born Craig Dimech on March 2, 1981, is an English DJ and music producer. He gained international fame in early 2006 with his remix of Leo Sayer's 1977 hit 'Thunder in My Heart'. Initially prominent as a DJ, Meck ranked among DJ MAG's Top 100 DJs in 1999. He relocated from Britain to Los Angeles in the early 2000s and founded Free2Air Recordings. His remix led to the single 'Thunder in My Heart Again', which debuted at number one on the UK charts in February 2006, followed by the release of 'Feels Like Home' in spring 2007.
