Matti Pauna, born on February 16, 1960, in Sundsvall, is a retired Swedish ice hockey player who played as a center. He represented the Swedish national team in three World Championships, winning a gold medal in 1987 and a silver in 1986. He played in the Swedish top league for teams including Timrå IK, MoDo AIK, IF Björklöven, and Malmö IF, where he won Swedish championships in 1987 and 1992. After retiring, he worked as a coach in lower leagues. His brother, Mikael Pauna, also played in the Swedish top league.
