Masaru Sakagawa (坂川 優, October 28, 1952 - February 2, 2008) was a Japanese politician and businessman. He served five terms as a member of the Fukui Prefectural Assembly and held the position of the 80th Chairman of the Assembly. Additionally, he was the Mayor of Fukui City from March 2006 to October 2007 for one term. Sakagawa's contributions to local governance and political leadership in Fukui were significant during his tenure.
