Masaru Hayakawa (April 19, 1904 - February 5, 1979) was a Japanese judoka and businessman. He is renowned for developing the 'mae sankaku shime' technique with peers from his time at the former Sixth High School. After his academic pursuits, he worked at Mitsubishi Mining and served as the executive director of the Japan Management Association. His brother, Noboru, was also notable as a judo competitor and later held an executive position at Oji Paper Company.
