During her tenure at Polycom, she focused on opening ecosystem strategies and acquired Obihai to enhance the company’s phone and cloud products. McDowell also worked in Nokia overseeing mobile and product launches. She has been recognized for her contributions to the mobile industry and has served on several boards.
