Martín de la Puente Riobó, born on June 22, 1999, is a prominent Spanish wheelchair tennis player. He became the 2022 US Open doubles champion alongside Nicolas Peifer and was a finalist at the 2023 French Open in wheelchair men's doubles with Gustavo Fernandez. A former world No. 1 in doubles rankings, which he achieved in November 2022, de la Puente also competed in the quarterfinals at the Summer Paralympics in 2016 and 2020. Facing challenges from Proteus syndrome, he has been playing wheelchair tennis since age ten.
