Martim Mércio da Silveira, known as Martim, was a Brazilian footballer born on March 2, 1911. He played primarily as a midfielder and had a career spanning several clubs, including Guarani, Botafogo, and Boca Juniors, primarily from 1929 to 1940. Martim represented the Brazil national team in 6 matches between 1932 and 1938 and participated in the World Cups of 1934 and 1938, achieving a third-place finish in the latter. He passed away on August 16, 1972.
