Martha Elisabeth Ehlin was a Swedish sports teacher and founder of the organization MOD – Mer organdonation. After receiving a cancer diagnosis at age thirty and undergoing an organ transplant that provided her with five new organs, she became an advocate for organ donation. Ehlin gained recognition for her achievements at the 2011 World Transplant Games, where she won five gold medals. She also hosted an episode of Sommar i P1 and was awarded the Årets kämpe title in 2013. Unfortunately, she passed away from cancer in March 2016.
