Märta Maria Donner (June 1, 1922 – March 18, 2013) was a Finnish specialist in pediatric neurology and an associate professor at the University of Helsinki. Known for her contributions to the care and diagnosis of children with developmental disabilities, she served as a consultant at the Children's Hospital in Helsinki from 1962 to 1977. She was the first EEG specialist in child neurology in Finland and made significant advancements in the field, also consulting various hospitals until 1985. Donner was an advocate for children with disabilities and founded an informal pediatric neurology club in 1967.
