Marino Marini (1901–1980) was an Italian sculptor and painter born in Pistoia. He participated in several prestigious exhibitions including Documenta 1, II, and III. He was a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Marini passed away in Viareggio at the age of 79. His work earned him recognition, including the Order of Merit for Arts and Sciences.
