Maria del Carme Vilagran i Moner, born on January 20, 1948, in Salt, Catalonia, is a retired Spanish basketball player. She is considered one of the pioneers of women's basketball in Girona. Vilagran played for the CREFF team, competing in the top Spanish division during the 1960s and 1970s, noted for achieving fourth place in the 1972-73 season. She represented Spain internationally four times, becoming the first Girona player to do so and participated in the 1970 Pre-European Championship held in Girona.
