General Marcel Razanakombana Ranjeva, born on January 15, 1944, is a Malagasy politician known for his role in the government of Madagascar. He served as the Minister of Defense under President Didier Ratsiraka until his resignation in March 2002 to support opposition candidate Marc Ravalomanana. Subsequently, he was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs in May 2002, holding the position until Ravalomanana's ouster in March 2009, after which he transferred control to his successor Ny Hasina Andriamanjato.
