Malki Issa Addi (1917–1992) was a Turkish-British colonial postal official who served as the Postmaster General of Hong Kong from March 1971 to March 1977. During his tenure, he oversaw the establishment of a new post office in Central, introduced innovative postal services including the first express delivery outside the UK and US in 1973, and founded the Hong Kong Philatelic Department in 1975. His tenure was marked by controversy due to proposed legislation challenging courier companies, which faced strong opposition from the business community.
