Malcolm Rignall Blair (1905–1963) was an Australian rugby union player known for his prowess as a compact front-row forward. Hailing from Rockhampton, Queensland, he was educated at Sydney Grammar School, where he excelled in rugby. Blair toured the British Isles and France with New South Wales in 1927-28 and played in the historic Test match against France. In 1931, he further represented Australia on a tour to New Zealand with the Wallabies, earning additional Test caps against New Zealand Māori and the All Blacks.
