Lydia Chweitzer Rossello (1907 - 1994) was a French writer of Russian descent. Born in Moscow in 1907, she moved to Paris in 1914. In the 1950s, she produced notable works including the novels 'The Travelers' and 'The Beautiful Piece of Fabric'. Later, she focused her efforts on translating Russian literary works into French, most notably the works of the renowned Russian author Nina Berberova.
