Ludvig Nessa, born on December 11, 1949, is a prominent Norwegian priest recognized for his anti-abortion activism since the late 1980s. In 1991, he was defrocked from the Church of Norway, subsequently co-founding the Deanery of Strandebarm, now called the "Church of Norway in Exile." Nessa has been involved in broadcasting church services on Visjon Norge since 2014, continuing his religious contributions outside the traditional church structure.
