Luang Pradiyat Navayudh, born Chiap Saeng-Xuto, was a notable Thai naval captain and sports sailor. He was born on September 16, 1902, and served in the Royal Thai Navy from 1927 to 1946. After leaving the Navy, he took on a civilian role in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He represented Thailand in sailing at the 1956 Summer Olympics. He was the son of Admiral Phraya Mahayotha and related to Chaophraya Surasakmontri.
